Academics

Academics

At St. Andrew's School, academics are grounded in the belief that students learn best through a student-centered, hands-on approach to teaching where they are engaged in appropriately rigorous and relevant, differentiated learning opportunities throughout their school day.

Students engage in English Language Arts (reading, writing, word study, oral language development), math, science, STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art & design, and math) social studies, Spanish, the visual and musical arts, and a variety of health and wellness activities.

Our approach is informed by our commitment to helping students grow, our belief that families should spend time together, and that social emotional well-being is a critical part of development.
