St. Andrew's is an independent, tuition-free elementary school (K-5) for children of economically challenged families from the Richmond metropolitan area.

Admissions decisions are based upon application information, financial records, academic testing, previous school records, personal interviews, and availability of openings.

Applications for grades 1-5 are accepted throughout the year and are reviewed upon availability of openings. Applications may be obtained either online, or by contacting the School Office.
