Cynthia Weldon-Lassiter has been named Head of School at St. Andrew’s School.
She assumed this role in mid-July. Dr. Weldon-Lassiter brings nearly two decades of experience as a teacher, researcher, and leader in curriculum and faculty development and will use her knowledge to enhance and move the academic program forward at St. Andrew’s School.
St. Andrew’s School educates children (K-5) of limited resources through a balanced academic, social, and spiritual experience shaped by the Episcopal tradition and inspired by Christian faith.
